Client and Guardian Satisfaction Survey

In 2008, the Butler County Board of MRDD sought to gain a broader understanding of levels of satisfaction with regards to the living conditions and interactions with staff members consumers experience. The Applied Research Center at Miami University interviewed 187 consumers of various providers. A total of 223 guardians were also interviewed.

The results for the survey are broken down into two categories: Residential and Day Habilitation, and within those categories, there are answers from clients and guardians.

* It is important to note that there were very few client respondents to this portion of the survey (n = 27) and approximately twice as many guardian respondents (n = 59). Therefore, the margin of error for responses to this section is somewhat higher than throughout the rest of the survey and results should be interpreted with caution.
