Dental ResourcesIndividuals with developmental disabilities such as mental retardation, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and autism frequently require extra assistance to access oral health services and maintain oral health. The Butler County Dental Care Program can assist with locating dental providers, scheduling dental appointments and transportation for treatment in office or in hospital settings, and oral health education. To receive services, complete either the Short Consumer Application or the Long Consumer Application and forward it to the Dental Care Program by fax at (513) 867-5898 or by mail to Hamilton Adult Center, 3400 Symmes Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45015.
