Complaint? Concern?
Do you have a complaint or concern? The Butler County Board of MRDD's Ombudsman might be able to help. The Ombudsman is interested in fairness with which services are provided to people with disabilities by the Butler County Board of MRDD. The ombudsman is willing to listen and offered guidance about problems people have with services provided or paid for by the Butler County Board of MRDD. The ombudsman is able to hear complaints and questions from people who use services, from family members, or from other citizens.
